Your account & privacy
Protect your login, choose a strong password, and let us know if you suspect misuse.
- Keep your credentials private and enable device security.
- Update your details if your email or name changes.

Data handling & storage
We store the minimum information required to run assessments and generate certificates.
- Assessment answers are processed in EU-based data centres.
- We aggregate results for research only after removing personal identifiers.
- Backups are encrypted and rotated according to ISO27001-inspired routines.
Legal jurisdiction
The service is operated from the Netherlands under EU consumer protection rules.
- Dutch law applies unless overridden by mandatory local protections.
- Disputes are first addressed via support; unresolved matters fall under Rotterdam courts.
